Leylah Macluf
Leylah Macluf served for over twenty years in executive positions
of HR in large companies, such as Deloitte, McDonalds, Coca-Cola FEMSA and everis, in Brazil, Canada, United States and several countries in Latin America. During her trajectory, she transformed the careers of many successful executives and now she decided to work with professionals in search of their dreams. Leylah is a coach certified by Instituto Ecosocial and Instituto Gallup de Coaching para Pontos Fortes, having given several courses and lectures on leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, career management, among others. Currently, she is Director of BBold Consulting, focused on coaching and consultancy in Organizational Development, and responsible for ESPM's executive coaching program.

Luis Parraguez has 24 years of professional experience selling and delivering technology consulting services to strategic global, regional and local clients (United States, Brazil and other Latin American countries) in the Consumer Business and Retail, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Life Sciences & Health Care and Telecommunications.
During the last 07 years, Luis worked at Deloitte Brazil as Consulting Partner in the role of Oracle Offering Leader and Deloitte - Oracle Alliance Leader, managing the Consulting Services Portfolio involving Oracle technologies, Cloud and On Premise, leading an executive group in GO TO MARKET strategy definition together with the strategic partner, offerings development (bundling services and licensing), strategic sales closing, quality and risk management, financial management and talent management.
Luis has extensive experience and knowledge of digital transformation projects and solutions (ERP, CRM, EPM, SCM) enabled by Cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft, Google and Oracle), combining strategy, implementation and operation. He is currently Director of BBold Consulting, focused on the AWS/Multi-Cloud Consulting Services Portfolio.
